Matatiele Local Municipality is situated within the jurisdiction of Eastern Cape Province of South Africa. An incident management system is developed for Metatiele where people are allowed to raise the complaints or issues against various departments under their municipality. Be it about roads, electricity or maintenance all complaints can be easily logged by users and then analysed by municipality board through it.

Admins can easily assign the issues to concerned employees and track the progress.
Both users and administrators can monitor the incidence status through the app.
Using the mobile app, the incidents can be captured onsite and uploaded to prevent delays in reporting.
